普段の日常生活でも仕事やプライベートである場所から別の場所に移動し、また元の場所へ引き返したり「行ったり来たり」することありますよね？
英語での会話になった時にも「行ったり来たり」を話すシチュエーションが必ずあります。英語ではどのように表現するのでしょうか？

「行ったり来たり」
Back and forthを訳すと「前後」になりますが、日常会話では「（どこかへ）行ったり来たり」の意味として使われます。その他、何かを前後に動かしたり、物事が順調に進まずに迂余曲折したり、話す言語を（英語と日本語に）スイッチするとかの意味として使うこともできるフレーズです★
- 「AとBの間を行ったり来たりする」は「Back and forth between A and B」になります。
- I go back and forth between Vancouver and Victoria for business.
（仕事でバンクーバーとビクトリアを行ったり来たりしています。） - She paces back and forth when he’s nervous.

On rainy days, I have to drive my whole family to the station in the morning at different times. So I end up having to go back and forth three times. / 雨の日の朝は、家族全員を別々の時間に駅まで車で送らなあかんくて、３往復も行ったり来たりで大変です。

「行ったり来たり」という言い回しも「Coming and going.」の表現もあります。特に忙しい・慌ただしい様子のニュアンスです。
